Su-Lin Cheng Nichols is a strategic communications leader who helps organizations define and share their social purpose in ways that build trust, strengthen reputation, and drive meaningful results. Su-Lin founded Lafayette Strategies to partner with companies and foundations seeking to communicate how their work creates value for both business and society.
With more than 20 years of experience across the corporate, nonprofit, and media sectors, Su-Lin has led communications strategies that elevate social impact, corporate responsibility, and philanthropic initiatives. Prior to launching Lafayette Strategies in 2017, she served as managing director and head of corporate responsibility communications at JPMorgan Chase, where she oversaw messaging and communications strategy for the firm’s global philanthropic investments and produced its corporate responsibility report. Earlier in her career, she held senior communications roles at ABC News, Brunswick Group, and the Newspaper Association of America.
